There are an estimated 90 million individual investors in China’s markets, and stocks are a relatively tiny 9% of China’s household wealth according to CNBC. In other words, relatively few Chinese have been affected by the share market falls. Still, the Chinese government has unleashed an estimated $800 billion of public and private money to prop up its markets say Reuters.
The problem is the large numbers of companies still in trading halts. While the market is artificially stopped from finding its own level, instability will reign. Reuters also reports that Chinese stocks are still trading at stratospheric valuations. The Shanghai Composite is still up 100% from 12 months ago and has an average P/E ratio of 17.6x. The Shenzhen stock exchange has a P/E of 47.2x while the small-cap ChiNext growth board is a whopping 98.1x.

However, China stock market can have huge impact on AU and US markets. And
I may lose 500K or more. Greece crises are nothing to compare, like a cat vs. a lion.
It could be worse than GFC.
So far from info in CNBC, SkyBusiness, WSJ, The Australian. It is probably not
bad. However, no one knows for sure. It is not over yet.

First was China, because the "Mad Money" host knows that the U.S. markets are linked to China when things are bad. But as soon as Cramer saw the Chinese market open down 4 percent, he knew this was the maximum fear signal in China that he has been waiting for.
Jim Cramer is a big shot. But be warned: he is not always correct.

Jim Cramer and the above web site are on the two opposite sides of investing spectrum. Thus, it is not difficult to understand their different emphasis.
10 years ago I was close to David and Tom Gardner, "The Motley Fool Investment Guide," Fireside; Rev Exp edition, 2001. which is like dummy for investing. At that time, I did not regard Jim Cramer seriously because unlike Warren Buffett, he trades a lot. 4 years ago I was travelling and had nothing to do and borrowed a book by him: James J. Cramer (Author), Cliff Mason (Contributor) , "Jim Cramer's Mad Money: Watch TV, Get Rich," Simon & Schuster, 2006. I also had extensive investing experience by then. I think that he is one of the best in the world in HIS SPECTRUM. I changed my opinion and recommend him ever since. I do not trade much and do not watch CNBC much. However, at the time I might lose 500K I sit up and pay more attention.

Anyone who cannot understand English, read English news, and analyze financials in English should NOT buy stocks, period. Just read what I wrote years ago.
I normally do not use 天朝 since technically it is wrong. Since you mentioned 共党, 地狱, I need to make it crystal clear: Mao and 共党 made China 地狱 before. God told me that He put Mao into the HELL. Is that clear? Or you want wrath from God?
