Payment for the relevant purchase must have been paid in full and the product taken or delivered. We will verify the price is current and that the item is available for immediate sale and delivery. Applies to individual shoppers only, corporate claims are not permitted. There is a limit of one claim per product. On line 30 Day Price Guarantee claims can only be made in respect of prices advertised by the nominated retailers listed below. 30 Day Price Guarantee claims can be made in store against local competitors by providing a copy of the purchase docket and the local competitor’s advertisement. The local competitor must have a physical store within 30 km of the relevant The Good Guys store at which you have made or collected your original purchase.

Eligible claims will receive 120% of the purchase price difference back as either a The Good Guys store credit (via SMS within two working days), or a PAY LESS eftpos card (mailed by Australia Post within 21 working days to the customer’s address). Claims less than $50 will only be paid as a store credit
The product for which the claim is made must be the same brand and model and offer a warranty issued by the manufacturer and applicable in Australia. Approved retailer prices must be in Australian dollars and will be adjusted to exclude any added fees, taxes or other charges such as shipping
