Data entry of new shipments into system
Follow up required EDO’S and clearances as directed
Provide support to team members as required
Processing customer bookings
Experience with Cargo Wise system
Knowledge of Daff and Custom process and procedures
Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to meet customer’s expectations.
Maintain excellent departmental customer service through high levels of communication
Must Experience and Knowledge of 1-Stop Booking System.
