课程介绍
This course provides an interdisciplinary exploration of the social and economic landscape at both global and national levels, focusing on the dynamic intersection of finance and accounting within the context of economic reform. It covers a range of key topics, including fundamental accounting standards, the impact of corporate governance on company performance, the relationship between corporate asset and capital structure and performance, the disclosure of accounting information for managerial stock options, and the corporate budget management system. By taking a macroscopic view of economic management, the course delves into theoretical and practical issues such as corporate efficiency and governance, analysis of regional capital flows, internal control theory and methods, accounting information and standards, the construction of accounting legal systems, and the application of environmental accounting. Through this comprehensive study, students will gain valuable insights into the complex relationship between economics, management, and accounting in today's dynamic business environment.
