In order to develop our business, our company need to establish a branch in Europe and Australia.We provide you with high quality innovative solar storage system and household power supply system and residential battery energy storage products and offer you attractive commission. Responsibilities:
1. Be in charge to the development of mid-long term strategy planning and achievement of KPI targets including volume, revenue, net profit, inventory, AR, etc. Translate the sales and marketing strategies into actionable goals and initiatives for sales , marketing, service, technical/application and Customer Service.
2. Proactively assess and manage organisational structures, from time to time, to deliver superior customer experience, both internally and externally.
3. Develop and implement sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting. Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels execute of the planning. Coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within headquarters.
4. Proactively monitor sales progress for key accounts , and then coach and assist the sales team in clearing roadblocks and bottlenecks in order to sales growth .
5. Be responsible for brand marketing, product road map for our solar power generation and energy storage battery products in the market.
6. Develop business various channels and maintain long term good relationship with clients.
7. Ensure the sales and service for products and total solution at large.
8. Select, develop, evaluate and motivate talents.Encouraging the sales team to develop more customers and orders that support the business top line and profitability growth.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience in distribution and engineering channel.
3. More than 5 years of sales and marketing experience in Solar power generation or Energy storage battery Industry.
4. Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and sales management for energy storage battery and solar power generation solutions provision.
5. Excellent leadership and demonstrated skills and abilities in organising, communication, influencing and motivating others.
6. Integrity and open minded. Market and result driven.
7.Experience in operating and managing a company independently.

2. Familiar with energy storage battery or solar power technology and market situation environment.
3. Excellent communication and sales skills with a verifiable record of outstanding sales.
4. Willing to develop together with enterprise, abide by professional ethics.
5. Strong ability to work independently and self-driven.
