The Role
At YHI POWER, we aim to provide growth and opportunities for our employees. This position demands a consistent, reliable, stable, trustworthy and highly motivated Analyst Assistant / Accounting Assistant to work directly with managers, sales team and office team. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem solver based on facts and analysis, able to juggle a variety of demands simultaneously, is highly willing to learn and grow.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assist in the preparation of management reports on a timely basis
Assist in monitoring operational processes, including sales, stocks, costing, warranties, returns, etc.
Assist in periodic stock-take, including physical variances, transfers and adjustments
Assist in general accounting and credit management, including open new accounts/local stock input/credit notes/etc
Assist Accounts Receivables in all area of controls, including collection, reporting defaults, monitor delinquent clients, etc.
About You
- Good level of oral and written English to liaise with clients and colleagues.
- Patient and meticulous approach to work
- Analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Financial modelling experience
- Basic Python skills ( not essential)
- Team player
- A positive attitude and have a passion for the work
Accounting background is not an essential, training will be provided.
