Responsibilities:
Taking care of all the incoming and outgoing calls at the front desk
Managing and following up all the orders from the clients
Schedule the daily stock delivery
Assisting the stocktake and management
Responsible for the customs’ related documents
Manage the daily cash taking
Requirements:
Outstanding customer service & telephone manner (client-focused setting)
Excellent English speaking and writing skill
Proficient in using MYOB and Microsoftware
Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
Attention to detail
Proactive and hardworking
Ability to prioritize tasks
Willingness to learn
