Based in Port Melbourne
A national-wide Commercial Cleaning company is looking for an Administration Officer. This is a full-time position in a close-knit Admin team, and you will report to the Admin Manager.

- A qualification in Business/Accounting/Finance - Degree or Diploma (preferred, highly regarded, but not essential)
- A good team player – you will be working in a friendly administration team and work closely with the operations team to ensure goals and targets are met whilst promoting accuracy.
- Proven high level of attention to detail
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good MS Office skills, computer literacy, in particular MS Excel and MS Word.
- Have a valid visa with no restriction on hours (Permanent Resident is desirable but not essential)
Job Duties:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in good manner
- Process and input purchase orders for materials
- Process and input Creditor invoices and Debtor invoices
- Receive of stock and maintain stock register
- Monitor and maintain equipment register
- Assist with EOM
- Filling and other ad-hoc duties
Salary Range: 52K – 58K plus superannuation
