We are a well-established Finance Brokerage Company based in Melbourne East. We assist client's source finance to purchase a home or investment property.
Considering you will be liaising with our clients & Lenders directly, a friendly yet professional communication style is essential for this position. This role is heavily computer based, so strong computer skills are required, as well as the ability to pick up new systems quickly. We are searching for someone who has a proactive working style, ability to use their initiative, combined with a strong focus on achieving goals as part of a team.
In this varied position, you will consider yourself an all-rounder who can apply themselves to various tasks as required, and your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to;
Incoming phone calls
General Administration
Taking loan applications
Lodging applications to lenders
Communication with both clients and lenders
Preparing loan documents
Processing settlements
The desired candidate will have strong traits in the following areas
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
strong computer skills are required
Confident & Mature minded person
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management and external organizations in a professional manner
Ability to work unsupervised within a great team environment
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
A positive 'can-do' attitude
General Office & Business Administration experience
Microsoft Office & Microsoft excel experience
Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
