Your Responsibilities will include:
Handling day-to-day operations and incoming calls with an aim to generate leads.
Roll up your sleeves and assist the sales consultants to process & dispatch orders, follow-up payments and interact directly with customers.
Deal with highly competitive, market-leading Solar products.
Be a naturally awesome SERVICE-extraordinaire by following a sales framework.
Provide great customer experience to obtain quality sales outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
At least 1 year in a similar sales assistant role.
Excellent communication skills and great phone manner.
Microsoft Office proficient.
Ability to work as part of a team and have strong work ethics.
Results-driven, positive and highly motivated for reward and recognition.
A commitment to quality and compliance.
