Designation: Human Resource

Job Purpose: To act as a business partner to operating units by providing quality HR support to optimize people, structure, policies and processes in line with the business’ objectives.

Job Location: Australia

Job Duties:
Responsible for the recruitment of the Australian team and build an excellent talent echelon for the fast-growing foreign business;
Manage recruitment channels and recruitment website resources;
Establish and improve related personnel and administrative systems, and be responsible for the drafting, revision, release, supervision, and execution management of company administrative documents;
Responsible for the operation of the company's daily administrative work, including daily administrative affairs management and office supplies procurement management;
Responsible for the establishment and management of employee personnel files and the implementation of employee welfare policies

Requirements:
Possesses strong knowledge of labour and industry relations laws and practices
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and highly empathetic
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Able to thrive and deliver efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment


Qualifications:
More than 1 year of related experience in human resources administration and recruitment experience

Additional:
Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese
Immediate availability is preferred
