Designation: Quantitative Trader

Job Purpose: To design and implement trading algorithms, analyze market data and market structures and perform risk analysis.

Job Location: Australia

Job Duties:
Price and trade derivatives across OTC and listed venues.
Risk a complicated and diverse portfolio of derivatives positions.
Make real-time trading decisions based on systematic signals.
Oversee and improve electronic execution of options with both pre and post trade analysis.
Work with research to backtest and develop new trading strategies.

Requirements:
Familiar with open source quantitative framework, good at data analysis, proficient in scientific computing framework (numpy, pandas, etc.)
Familiar with the underlying logic of financial derivatives, and have some experience in the risk control handling and setting of abnormal transactions
Independent development and implementation of over-excess trading real-time strategies are preferred

Qualifications:
Degree in Mathematics, statistics or financial engineering is preferred
More than 1 year of quantitative trading experience, strong coding ability, proficient in python or C++

Additional:
Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese
Immediate availability is preferred


Designation: Transaction Risk Control

Job Purpose: To communicate risk policies, processes and provide hands-on development of risk models involving market, credit and operational risk, assure controls are operating effectively with research and analytical support.

Job Location: Australia

Job Duties:
Establishing the platform business risk control system, participating in the design and innovation of new products, new businesses, and new processes. Including drafting of risk control process and risk control system, issuing risk identification, risk assessment, etc.
Market maker risk control: Effectively identify and prevent malicious arbitrage and abnormal position holdings for trading modules, and establish effective behavior and data models for strong monitoring.
Establishment of various risk assessment models and use a variety of technical means to conduct risk analysis and assessment of the business.
Collaborating with IT departments to build a monitoring system and provide transaction monitoring services for the asset management department, liquidity and institutional business departments
Carry out overall control, risk monitoring, early warning, and processing of platform operational risks, analyze monitoring data, and continuously optimize and improve system functions.

Requirements:
Familiar with python, good at data analysis or scientific computing frameworks, numpy and pandas


Qualifications:
Degree in Finance or data analysis related major
FRM certificate holder or familiar with financial risk management theories

Additional:
Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese
Immediate availability is preferred
