Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining the billing system.
Generating invoices and account statements.
Performing account reconciliations.
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
Producing monthly financial and management reports.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
Base on the system report, work out the daily procurement list and execute purchasing.
Base on incoming customer order or request, sourcing the products from our suppliers.
Placing purchase order and tracing the incoming shipment.
Ad hoc administration tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
2 years experience in a similar role.
An ability to prioritise and manage expectations.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
An ability to work independently.
The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.
A mathematical background with proven ability to create reports.
Fluent Mandarin speaking preferred.
