About the role - Service Delivery Support Specialist (Hardware Support)
• Daily management of customer and company stock and provide weekly and monthly reports for the business.
• Respond to and process government, enterprise and corporate customer queries and requests regarding to mobile and service connections.
• Successfully manage governmental mobile connection project
• Regular communicate with Telstra support team
• Assist with dispatch and stock receiving.
•Support the Customer Experience Management, Executive and Sales Teams for customer-specific tasks as required
•Understand and maintain Telstra products and services.
•Provide checks and complex Android and IOS troubleshooting as well as application assistance for Managed Service Customer
•Successfully conduct stock inventory and delivery investigation.
