公司为了开发中文客户 需要招聘一个负责中文客户的销售客户代表，因为主要是面对中文客户，必须要求中文流利，但是公司内部员工均为English Only，因此也要求英语能力要能到达基本沟通水平。

Plastasmasta Southern Sydney is a busy specialist plasterboard and accessories distributor servicing the Southerland Shire, and greater Sydney area for 25 years.
Responsibilities Include;
Ability and attitude to travel throughout the assigned territory, regularly to call on existing and perspective customers and establish strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide impeccable customer service through knowledge of customer requirements.
• Develop new business and sales channel opportunities throughout the greater Sydney area.
• Working closely with the Sales Manager and Supplier Sales Representatives on new leads and existing customers.
• Respond to the marketplace by providing value through being a knowledgeable rep with quick follow up and a can-do attitude.
• Works independently and co-operatively with the company and team's goals and directives, with guidance and support of an experienced Sales Manager.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Successful Candidates

• 2-3 years building material industry experience either within sales, customer service or warehouse.
• Natural ability and willingness to learn and apply successful selling skills.
• Driven to succeed, meeting challenges and be rewarded from new sales.
• Be flexible, highly organized and have a successful history of applying a high level of customer service.
• Address all customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Speaks Mandarin as well as fluent English.
• Honesty and integrity.
