Eastern suburb accounting firm located in Mitcham is seeking an enthusiastic part time office administration/bookkeeping staff.
The Role:
You will be responsible for supporting our accountants team. You will work with the team by offering a high level of secretarial, clerical and administrative support. Typical duties includes:
Answering telephone calls, responding to inquiries and redirecting callers.
Greeting clients and directing clients to appropriate partner.
Monitoring emails, drafting and preparing emails and letters.
Maintaining records of meetings, make appointments for accountants.
Creating and maintaining files, scanning.
Managing marketing campaigns for the sales team.
Providing ongoing marketing and administrative duties where required.
On top of these, you will need to help accountants with bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written for English and Mandarin
Great Organisation Skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Attentions to detail
Team Player
Can do attitude
