We are looking for a highly motivated, results driven Import Sea and Airfreight Operations professional staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in import operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include:
Preparation of import documentation and data entry
Registering and co-ordination of import shipments
Facilitating airport and sea port collection and consignee deliveries
Interacting with customers / shipping lines / airlines / co-loaders / overseas agents and transport companies
Liaise with customers – via telephone and email
Assist with the collection of outstanding debts as required
Maintain existing customers and develop new business opportunities
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
International freight forwarding import air and sea freight experience preferred but not required
Previous experience with Cargowise system, would be advantageous
Ability to work effectively with the internal operations team
Able to meet deadlines and a high level of accuracy
Superior customer service skills
Can work at home or online but need be available via phone/email/ at full time basis
