The Role
- Manage a clean rental roll of 60 properties in one complex in Pyrmont NSW
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Listing rental properties
- Process tenancy applications and select tenants
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work orders
- Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as required
- Provide admin support to the Building Manager when required
- Long term part time with potential to full time role
- Work in a small and supportive team with high level of automony
- Close to Darling Harbour with easy public transport nearby
About You
- At least 1 year property management experience and Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
- Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to adapt to systems and procedures
- Ability to constantly prioritise tasks and multi task
- Selv motivated and ability to work autonomously
- A passion and interest in progressing your career in the Building & Real Estate industry
- Proficiency with MS computer systems
Remuneration:
- Remuneration is subject to experience
- Hourly rate and generous commission
- Mobile phone supplied
