和我想得差不多，这门比较典型的书容易考得难，主要是因为考卷阅读量很大，大多数题都是一个小case，好像快４０页纸了。然后就是比较需要理解，能直接书上找答案得题非常少。很多概念看着简单，出到题里也够绕的，而且多选项得题多。偏好计算的同学应该不会喜欢这门。和Ｅthic有点像，能做各index还是对考试比较有帮助。
这门没有workshop，但是有个ＣＢＩ的网上应用，一些视频和阅读，我基本没去看。所以只是看书和做题，阅读看了部分，不过感觉也没怎么考到。实用性来说这门就不怎么样了，有些新概念新理论，但实践能用到得机会不大，就像商业杂志上得文章，看过算数。
总体来说花得时间不算多，也感觉比那些tax和必修科目轻松不少，偏“文科”得同学选这门还是不错。

Thx for sharingmy friend done this unit and failed and she also said similar thing- easy reading but the exam was totally diff, so guessing it is not an unit for me==
