我看过网上有个人，写得还不错：
For those not in the know, its 6 chapters long (first is useless, so really 5). Pre-seen case study is 3 cases.
CPA will send you a guide of "questions" to help you prepare for each case study (Sent with the case studies)
Tips:
1. Try to finish the material within the week your pre-ssen materials come in. This will be extra hard, given how thoroughly you have to understand everything. first chapter is useless and will be rehashed over the other chapters. Read through and skip straight to chp2. I wasted too much time on chp 1.
2. Try to spot which topic/area each pre-seen case study (3 in total) will focus on, then intensely prepare on those topics. I tried to apply all 5 to each case the first time, ended up getting burnt out. Use the guide of questions CPA sends to you to prepare.
3. This is what helped me pass the most. Tip given by partner. Do the questions you know how to do first. Especially the high mark ones. The exam is designed to confuse and tire you out, if you do the hard ones, you find that you run out of capacity to tackle the easy ones at the end, not to mention the time pressure will induce panic. The first time round, I did the hard ones first (as they were question 1, etc.). When I came to the high-mark easy ones, I only had 30min left, panicked and wrote rubbish.
4. This is the next best tip. Time yourself. Write how long you're supposed to take for each question in pencil next to it, including the time you're supposed to finish. Everyone runs out of time in GSL, so this is important to do this. Don't just stop if you've exceeded though, as its better to spend slightly more time on the ones you know, rather than spend time on those you might not score on.
5. While preparing for the case studies, write down the major topics for each chapter. for example, chapter 2 are:
a)TEMPLES
b)5-forces
c)Basis of competition
This will help you be more organised, as the case study might take, say, TEMPLES from chapter 2, and say geographical expansion from chapter 4. They rarely use whole chapters, and will just take bits and bobs from each, focusing on each major topic.
I took tuition the 2nd time for the materials, and exam prep, but found exam prep the most useful, as materials can be studied on your own easily. Nothing too confusing. Should be able to pass on your own though, without any help.
