IFRS是IASB制定的，那么IAS和Conceptual Framework，有什么区别？？？
这几个都是什么关系啊？混乱中。。。

查了查,搞明白了，结果如下：
The IAS and IFRS are standards issued by the board based on the Conceptual Framework.
IAS is the standard issued by IASC, IFRS is the standard issued by IASB.
IASC had been replaced by IASB in 2001.
The different series of standards explain the different era of the standards' origin.

Australia use AASB to set standards
US ues FASB to set standards
