澳洲CPA Recognised Employer Partner:省去三年mentor program的

在澳大利亚CA/CPA学习和考试




经常有人提到CPA三年的PER (practical experience),不知道大家有没有留意到CPA网站上的Recognised Employer Partner列表。

只要在此列表上的任何一家公司里工作满三年,既可被认定为已经完成了PER,不需要填写log book也不需要mentor,只要通过所有考试就可以成为full member了。

Applicants who enrol in the PER with a Recognised Employer Partner are recognised as meeting the PER after 36 months and are not required to work with a nominated mentor to record the competence of their skill sets in a CPA Australia practical experience logbook for the duration of their employment with this employer. This information is instead recorded using their employer's own internal learning and development and mentoring systems.

Associate members are required to submit a Practical Experience Requirement Update Form within 30 days of ceasing employment at the Recognised Employer Partner if they have not compleed 36 months supervised work experience. Associate members working part-time must calculate their progression on a pro-rata basis.

Applicants who choose to enrol in the PER through the Recognised Employer Program can still apply for recognition of professional experience if they have professional experience in an accounting role, finance role or a senior role with substantial financial responsibilities.

good,又更新了啊,可惜当时我注册PER的时候,还没有这么多recognized partner呢,不知道已经注册了PER的可以不可以重新认定

CHINA 有HSBC Bank China Company Limited。。。
想是不是做Finance的没有用吧。。。像是在Opeartion
function就不OK了吧。。。

想问一下,Mentor必须是我Report to 的那个人么(manager),,,?
但是他么有CPA qualification 就不能当我的Mentor了吧。。。

CPA Austrlia website上有明确说明么?

e-mail or phone...这也太宽泛了吧。。。难道mentor 可以和自己不在一个公司?一个国家?

i got an email from cpa australia before the end of this october and asked me to fill in a form to recognise my previous accounting related working experience. i filled in the form and got it signed by my manager then faxed it back to cpa australia. after a week, i have been advanced to cpa though i just started my mentor program earlier this year. this makes me think the per is just a piece of shit, it's just a tool for cpa australia to make money. the email i got from cpa australia in october also says this is a special arrangement and new evaluation method will be in use after 31 october this year.

i have heard of this kind of arrangement from my classmate in beijing in april this year. she got her cpa status without starting the mentor program. i did not believe this until i got the cpa status.

fyi, my employer is not in the list lz provided.

好像不一定必须是你的直属上司,你的其他同事也可以吧。但是必须是full member.

i reckon it is always the case.

if you can prove that you have previous accouting related work experience for over 3 years, you don't have to fullfil the 3-year PER program.
