The thing is that:
I have realised i couldn't enrol the segments for Semester 2 since 20th June....then i called CPA today, a lady answer the phone and she explained it was something wrong with system, she had put enquiry to technique guys, and she didnt know how long it takes... she reconds me to enrol and pay through the phone...and i did it, coz i thought it if would take two weeks to fix system,i hv to pay extra $100 for late enrolment...
After drop the phone...i realised i should complain to CPA....we pay thousands for the membership and segments to CPA, and their system is like a crap....

应该是10/11财年吧，individual是按payment date来看能不能deduct的。

it is been two weeks, the problem is still there, i called CPA this morning again, she asked if you could enrolled through the phone, so what is the problem? i said i still could not manager CPA program, the web is kind of frozen after i log in... she said: well, i cant help you, and i have to log the problem to IT depart. I said: can i speak to someone in your IT department? She said: unfortunately you cant....
What is hell....
