for this step, i think there is no details on it. It might be the deficiency place Telstra needs to improve.

i think it is market penentration for there is no new products just focus more on the customer service improving.

how do you think about the life circle of Telstra, it seems like that maturity to shake-out, but if we look the defination of surgeons on page 6.46, it does not make sense ....
