CA EP有好几个表：logbook，first meeting worksheet, monthly meething, quarterly meeting和final report.
请教两个问题：
1 是不是最后把final report和logbook交上去就行？
2 填写时有哪些要注意的？
因为不在所里做，周围又没个会计，mentor是外面的。
请有经验的筒子指教

logbook has to be udpated regularly with the signature of your mentor and your direct manager to show you filfuled certain capabilities in the relevant areas. This part should be done during your CA study rather than the date of lodging your membership of application.
When you lodging your membership of application, you just need to provide the final report. Currently CA has a electronic version as well if your mentor has the E-signature.
The other documents such as logbook，first meeting worksheet, monthly meething, quarterly meeting will subject to audit if you are unfornate to be pick up.
If anything is unclear, you can just call them to clarify.
