经过这样的，周3我要book pearson vue exam，发现无法登陆，就给persson vue打电话，他们说是因为cpa没有把我的资料弄好，必须联系cpa去update，于是便开始了和cpa的周旋。
周三打电话到cpa,receptionist就像机器人一样，根本不听我讲话，就问what's your name? what's your number?Someone will call you back.
等到周四，没消息，再打过去，机器人同样三句话，我问什么时候能打给我，说明天。
今天周五，快中午时候还没消息，再打，同样~~~我说了打了好多次了，机器人说今天打给我。
马上下班了，没消息，打过去，同样回答，我真的火了，说我打这么多天，每次都这样，那机器人竟然还是不停问what's your name?what's your name?我问她，你有在听吗？她说有人给我回电话了，留了msg，我解释，如果有msg,我会在屏幕上看到，我留了office number and mobile，都没有，她还不乐意了，说你是说我说谎吗？我真是服了。然后说最早星期一。
我已经没耐心了，要了她的名字和email,一会去complaint，即使知道不可能有任何用处。
从来没见过这样的，算professional organization吗，无耻。

再三努力下，终于有人打回来了。
我开始还比较体谅的想，大概很多member，所以忙不过来。
刚才跟我们公司的前台聊了一下，她以前在cpa做工的，她说cpa很胡乱，很多人，光墨尔本office就有600多人。大家都在踢皮球，可以用email联系一下。

听说CA比较难考，但是firm里好像比较喜欢CA。

更新，再我很生气之后的10分钟内，我在写complaint的email, 而且打算写完就杀到他们sydney office去，就在这时候一个sydney office的staff给我打了电话，态度很好。然后说他去解决，如果星期一还没好，直接给他电话。
又过了一个小时，另一个在Mel的foundation level manager打电话过来，态度很好，而且已经过了下班时间，详细问了一遍情况，说星期一如果还没好，直接给她打电话。
经验：态度要强硬。收了爷的钱，就要给爷办事。

楼主打的哪个电话？我打membership电话总是排队要排10几个人，等的都没耐心了后，接线员素质还相差很多，有的很helpfull，口音都是oz的。有的很没礼貌，听口音是印度的，不爱回答问题，总是说什么guide里面有啊，网站有写很清楚啊，就是不回答，气死人。

我分别打了1800的，还有悉尼的电话。每次都很快接通。没有等过那么久。而且都是local女人的口音。
她们从来没问过我要做什么，只是take我的名字和号码。

this is exactly why I didnt do CPA
I was planning to do CPA at the start, but their customer service is so bad, and they want me to pay membership fees for 3 years because i did my skill assessment with them 3 years ago!
all they want is money, they dont care what you have learnt and dont care about your career.

it seems that CA customer services are much better than CPA, at least we can get prompt reply within a reasonable timeframe.......although the membership fee is much higher than CPA......

haha, 同情大家的同时，感到了自己的幸运。：P，我每次给CPA电话或邮件咨询问题，他们的反应都是超快，而且信息业比较准确。 还以为是他们的一贯作风呢，看来要看运气呢！
CA不喜欢，从学员到组织都很官僚的样子，所以当初就没选，工作后，更觉得当初的判断超正确。
