是不是一定要是ACCOUNTANT才行呢？还是AR,AP也可以呢？
另外公司在什么情况下会愿意给员工出这个CPA考试的费用呢？
对这两个问题很迷茫。。。。

As i know, AP/AR/Payroll can be counted as half year CPA exp. max.
you still need to find a real accounting job such as AA or FA
Can't answer your second question, as I still pay it myself (i don't think my company care much about this )
Anyway, you can know about this issue thru job ads and interview, if you get into a CPA firm or medium to big size commerical busness, there would be much bigger chance your company would pay the CPA fees for you

how about if my supervisor is not full member of CPA and I do AP/AR.
Can I still claim half year experience per year OR I have to get a metor which is full CPA member?

你必须找一个是CPA/CA member的mentor，不管是不是跟你一个公司的

不是每年你可以claim 半年，如果做AP/AR/Bookkeeping,是最多一共只能claim半年。
你现在也可以不用找CPA作你的SUPERVISOR，但是如果这样的话，你也不能马上申请mentor program. 只能以后你找到CPA 的supervisor以后，申请recognition previous experience...不过这样的话，你以前的工作经验由于没有CPA作为supervisor,就只能够在你的工作年限上打个六折。

弱弱的问一句如果做的工作不是纯会计，那考了cpa也不会认吗？但是如果能找到mentor愿意给签字能算工作经验吗

六折。那一年就是7个多月喽，比最多CLAIM半年好像划算一点点。

Don't think too much. Just enrol even if you are doing bookkeeping. Nobody knows what's gonna happen in 3 years. As long as your mentor can sign off after 3 years, everything will be ok.

打六折的前提是CPA认可的经验，在没有CPA qualified supervisor的前提下。AR/AP/BOOK仍然受六个月的限制.
建议去CPA网站上看看，写得很详细

我的问题是,如果ｊｏｂ ｔｉｔｌｅ是ＡＰ,但是做的工作等同与ＡＡ,那么这样可以算吗?还是因为ＪＯＢ ＴＩＴＬＥ的限制,只能算半年?

It depends on how you develop your skills. Your mentor and employer can be the testimonials.
Do u you know what my friends did? They just write down all the skills and evidence on the form themselves. Their mentors and employers just sign off without going into any detail.
In addition, the chance that you are going to get audited is really small. The only thing CPA Australia cares is how to make money. That's it.
