我在网上注册medicare safety net，几周后我去medicare claim时，工作人员告知我仍未注册，这是什么原因。难道我还要再上网注册一次吗？还望TX们给我解惑。

我问了啊，可那个人说我没有注册成功，我跟她说我是在指定的官网上注册的，可她说查不到我的，说我注册错了，可就那么一个官网我上哪错去呀。

Can I register for the Medicare Safety Net through Online Services?
No. You can only see your current threshold and balance through Online Services.
If you are an individual, you do not need to register for the Medicare Safety Net as it is applied automatically to you. Couples and families must register for the Medicare Safety Net, even if you are all listed on the one Medicare card.

不矛盾啊，前一个说的是你可以log in交medicare claim的地方；后一个就是那个链接，只是提交一个表格。
既然地方对，你要是确定上次提交成功的话，还是打电话或者再去medicare branch让他们帮你注册吧。
