I am selling my house which is currently automated up the wazoo – i intend to wind back a lot of this and make the house a bit dumber – but some things still need timers that would be nice to control on an ongoing basis.
If i was buying a house (i am) i would not want the old owners Wireless network and i assume the people buying my house will not want mine (may change)
So what i am looking to do is put things like the pool pump on a timer with an app (lets call it the Tapo ecosystem for instance) – which as of today will run from my home network – it will have simple time based automations setup – and i will pass the account that the plugs are registered to to the new owner – however if i take my wifi network – will things like timers on the Tapo plugs continue to work until they setup their own wifi然后连接设备等？
