把牌照拿下来带着去路局注销，退余额。问题：车应该会有报废记录，但如果你不打算卖长期自己开，无所谓。另外重新上牌要审车，审得比较严，而且去审车的路上因为没有拍照都需要去警局备案，但如果不怕麻烦，且对车况有足够信心，也不是啥大事儿。

insurance 随时可以取消，打个电话给保险公司就行，他们会把你多交的钱退还给你的。
rego最好不要停，停了以后再要用的话还要重新做rwc, 既要花钱又麻烦。
