The flagship petrol, the $52,300 TFSI Sport quattro, gets a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine with 132kW at 6200rpm and 320Nm between 1700-4200rpm – down 23kW but up 20Nm on the model it replaces. The new model is one second slower from 0-100km/h (now 7.9 seconds), though is 13 per cent more fuel efficient (now 6.7L/100km).
