大概先介绍一下，
我父母去年5月来澳，其中圣诞节期间大家一起去了Bali岛holiday，
也就是说这近一年中有出境约一周。
因为8558，18/12的条款，还有一个多月签证就应该到期。
1447表中第5个问题 Date of Arrival,
我理解的是最后一次入境的时间，那就是从bali岛回来的日期，即2019.12月28
但是从签证过期的角度说，这里是否应该是填写去年的5月真正来澳的时间？？？
如果遇到个一目十行的主，一看你这过期还早的很呢，肯定就放着不管了................
紧接着后面一个问题是visa expired date。。。
按照从VEVO上查到的日期正好是我们从bali岛回来的日期加上1年的日子，即2020.12.28
填这个日子，如果遇到个一目十行的主，一看你这过期还早的很呢，肯定就又又又放着不管了。
还是说我应该自己根据8558条款自己来算 真正应该到期的日子？？？计算器在哪里找
或者我完全理解错了，这里是直接填写3年的整个600签证 最后 最后 到期的日期？？
每次只要一填表我就头疼，小问题深究一下，就有无数个可能.....

visa expired date我是按照vevo上面填的。昨天发了信。问了一个中介小姐姐，也是说填写VEVO上面的。

是说不是当次入境必须出的时间，而是整个visa的有效期是吗
比如一年，三年，五年那个有效期?

vevo上面的通常就是按照最近一次入境的时间算的，虽然整个VISA的有效期例如是三年或者五年，但是从最近一次算，最多可能只有12个月。或者换句话说，整个VISA的有效期包含了VEVO的有效期，因为从最近一次开始最长只能待12个月的话，肯定有效期是比整个VISA有效期短的。
不知道我有没有说清楚。
但是我感觉这个不是个特别大的事儿，签证官都会看，即使写错了再补材料呗~

前两天我收到移民局自动回复的邮件，内容如下：
Please do not request a waiver unless you have less than 4 weeks validity on your current visa – you can check your grant letter or VEVO for this information.
If your visa has already expired and we have not made a decision on your waiver request visit our website for information on how to resolve your Immigration status: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/visa-about-to-expire
Condition 8558 (must not stay in Australia for more than 12 months in any 18 month period)
If you hold a visa with condition 8558 and have not been able to depart Australia as planned, your visa will only cease if you stay onshore for 12 consecutive months at a time.
If you have been in Australia for 12 cumulative months in an 18 month period, your visa will not cease but you should apply for a further visa before your current visa expires. You can do this after condition 8503 is waived.

If you have been in Australia for 12 cumulative months in an 18 month period, your visa will not cease but you should apply for a further visa before your current visa expires. You can do this after condition 8503 is waived.
这个的意思是累计18个月超过12个月了，visa不会终止，但是仍然要申请签证。不知道这个WILL NOT CEASE怎么理解呢？连续待12个月会终止，累计断断续续的待12个月不会终止。但是累计到了以后VISA还是有效的这个意思么？所以这个情况到期以前申请就行么？

If you hold a visa with condition 8558 and cannot depart Australia as planned, your visa will cease if you stay in Australia for 12 consecutive months at a time.
If you have been in Australia for 12 cumulative months in an 18 month period, your visa will still remain valid until the visa expiry date.
You should apply for a further visa if your visa will expire before you can depart Australia. If you are also subject to condition 8503, you will need to request a waiver of this condition first.
上面是移民局现在官网上的对8558的解释， 我的理解是如果是非连续性待满12个月的情况下当前的签证在累计待满12个月之后仍旧有效（not cease），签证的有效日期按照vevo上的到期日期来算，在这个日期之前如果不能离境的话则需要申请新的签证，否则就是失效（will cease），如果当前签证又8503条款的话则需要先申请8503的豁免。
