老爸在网上刚刚递交的309配偶签证。
我想给老爸申请个旅游签证过来慢慢等， 可是网上申请到第4步， 就Error了

是不是说在309签证下来之前， 都不能申请其他的签证了啊。我记得网上有说是可以的啊。
