爸妈现在在澳洲，爸爸68,妈妈63,这次是拿旅游签来得，很奇怪这次他们的签证上面没有那个no further stay,的条款，那这样的话我可以帮他们在澳洲递排队移民的申请吗。

如果你指的是103父母移民（非付费）：
