not really. friend got her mother and brother together. father will wait for 5 years to get spouse visa. and they only paid for mother's 143 contribution. brother was in Uni and provided documents prove he is still financially depend on the mother.

朋友办了她的妈妈和弟弟，她老公办了自己的父亲和弟弟，双方都有一个老人暂时不办。
