Eligibility basics
•you personally provide constant care in the home for someone with a severe disability, medical condition or who is frail aged
•you personally provide that care for a significant period, usually a minimum of 6 months
•you satisfy an income and assets test

其实说来说去，三个条件：
1）家中有人需要照顾，有两个表，一个是自己的申请表，另一个是医生／专家的评估表。到ｃｅｎｔｒａｌｌｉｎｋ就可以要，或者打电话。
２）家庭的收入测试。网站上写的清清楚楚。
