如果只申请父亲，母亲算不算父亲的dependent?用不用填 form 47a

可以一个个申请的。
我今年2月递交了婆婆的143申请，公公的等年底申请Aged Parent Visa。在这之前我给PVC写信问可否分开递交申请，他们回复是可以的。见以下内容，我把PVC回复的邮件也放在申请里一起递交了。
