另一方不是PR, 以旅游签的形式过去，生完小孩注册入籍需要什么材料。
另外一般提前多久去合适，当地的医院好找吗？

父母有一方是PR，孩子在澳一出生就是澳籍。凭出生证办澳洲护照就可以。

OK了，像我这种情况老婆如果只有国内身份，可以以旅游签的形式过去然后把小孩生在澳洲，然后就可以入籍?另外办出生证主要是看我们的结婚证吗？

父母一方是澳洲PR，小孩在澳洲出生自然就是澳洲国籍，根本不存在入籍一说。

(1) A person born in Australia is an Australian citizen if and only if:
(a) a parent of the person is an Australian citizen, or a permanent resident, at the time the person is born; or
