you can. Just find a assurer when your parents are about to get visa. it will take 10 years. Hopefully you will have a job by then.

yes. You still can sponsor them now regardless whether you have work. it is called sponsor. When they are about to get visa, they also need an assurer, who has certain amount income. Currently it's about 40k. The assurer can be anyone.

可以申请阿，先排着队了，等快批下来的时候会通知你提供工作证明交一千多保险金的，到时候还没有工作的话就找人帮你担保了，反正肯定能过得。先排队吧楼主现在都得等6，7年吧。
