1月份准备回国，打算圣诞节前把Q2签证办下来，不知道是怎么算时间的？

Once the visa is issued, you must enter the country(China) no later than 3 months after the issuing date; and you can stay for 3 months counting from the day you enter the country.

For example, if your Chinese Q2 Visa is issued today, 18 Nov 2013, you must enter China before 18 Feb. 2014. So you can go to China between now and 18 Feb 2014, and are allowed to stay for 3 months.
