我跟老公是澳洲PR， 我目前带着孩子刚刚登陆，老公还在国内。
老公是独生子女，想给父母办移民。以目前的移民政策，我（儿媳）呆满两年，且我有工作可以做担保，那么老公是不是要亲自呆满两年？还是我作为儿媳呆满两年就可以提交移民？

你的收入达到要求并且满足居住期限的话，你可以做为担保人为公婆提交移民申请。

你可以做担保人，但是申请人的孩子（即你先生）必须是settled PR，即必须在澳洲住满两年才能交，否则这个申请会被拒
