去体检前要先上网填一下medical history的，不然到现场你还是会被要求填的，看到几个人异常痛苦地用手机填了半天。很简单的，上到他给的链接，填上HAP No.就会跳出来体检人的信息，在表格里打几个勾打印出来就好了，照片不用贴，现场会帮你拍照。

我中介给我说，可以子女帮忙上网填，然后就不用带26和160表格去体检了，或者直接去拿着体检表体检
