老婆申请入籍，收到移民局的邮件，说是由于签证下来后，在海外居住的时间超过一年，所以需要提供海外的无刑记录证明。
我记得是入境后不能离开澳洲不能超过12个月吧，怎么成了签证后呢，到CITY移民局去前台问，说是这个一事一议，可以与签证官员在面试的时候沟通。
已经写了邮件去申请，第一封邮件没有理我，回答了其他问题，再写了一封去追问，说是我的面试地点不在Parramatta，在CITY，他们没有权利免除这个证明，可以在面试时与签订官讨论。明明是Parramatta，我又写了邮件让其确认，只回了地点错了，要改系统记录的，就是不答免除无刑的事。
请问各位同学，有申请过免除无刑成功的吗，我不想耽误时间，等面试的时候再说必须要。

Penal clearance certificates from overseas countries are required if:
you lived or travelled overseas since the age of 18 years or over
you held a permanent Australian visa at that time
the total time spent overseas added up to 12 months or more
the time spent in any one country was more than 90 days
requested by the department.
Provide overseas penal clearance certificates from those countries where you spent more than 90 days.

所以，是pr之后合计住满12个月的国家，而不是入境后不能离开12个月~
