两周前帮父母申请了一年的600探亲旅游签证，今天收到体检信，同时签证官在信中说到＂ I also note that your child is an Australian permanent resident/citizen. Our department policy supports the grant of a long validity visa in your case, 18 months validity with multiple entry, and providing for a stay in Australia of up to 12 months on each entry, subject to the provision of health insurance evidence.＂
请教达人这个是什么意思呀？和600一年的旅游签证有什么区别呢？

可以给你一年半的多次出入的签证 每次入境最长一年 但是需要买保险
