通过Au post递交父母移民申请已经一个多月了，还没有收到邮件，也没有扣款，不知道是不是邮件给寄丢了（后悔当时没有用可以track的）。想联系移民局看他们收到文件没有，可以官网上只能查到一个general info的电话131881，打过去等了几十分钟终于接通了，然后就说他们也查不到，说一般要等2-3个月，就把我打发了。
请问有谁知道父母移民的部门的联系电话吗？谢谢大家了。

as far as i know, that is the only way to contact.
and BTW, you should use the register post with tracking no.
It did take long time for them to respond though.

Can I ask how long did it take to get the response and when did they charge the application fee from yous credit card?

i submitted 8th May, and got the credit card charged by 31th, may, and did not get any further information since then.
