请问大家,如果把材料都准备好了,是不是把材料和form发到以下地址:

然后就等扣钱和等拿排号?请问我要在网上申请吗?还是直接把所有材料寄到移民局就行?
弱弱问一下,如果我是独生子女,是不是只需要准备form 47pa, form 40 and 956 a就行啦?

Courier 有人负责签收
Courier costs more than Post.
