dose someone know if appointment can be made over the counter as I waited for one hour to call them but still no one answer phone.

现在Aos不需要预约，直接把材料交到任何一个centrelink，然后等电话interview就好了。

does not mean that I filled out APPLICATION to provide Assurance of Support Form and attached required documents and send them together to Centrelink and they will call me for interview.
is that true?

你自己从网上download申请表，按照checklist准备好材料，再拿上移民局的通知信直接去交就好了呀。
