在付费父母移民FORM47pa中有下面一段话：
Depending on the AoS period for the parent visa and regardless
of circumstances, any payment of certain social security benefits
that is paid to a parent migrant during the relevant period must
be repaid to Centrelink by the person who provides an AoS. For
Parent category visa holders, this period is 2 years and, for
Contributory Parent category visa holders, this period is 10 years
even if the person becomes an Australian citizen.
是不是说10年之内，所有CENTERLINK给出的医疗开销和福利，10年之后要从BOND中扣除？

medicare 的医疗不会从AOS里面扣的，不过如果从Centrelink申请救济金什么的就会扣了
