我们是去年三月份申请的 但是现在甚至连排队日期都还没拿到
真是要疯了啊
有什么办法吗？

是在国内申请的，还是在澳洲申请的？申请后应该有使馆的人跟你联系，这就表示你的case已经受理了，排队日期也应该是从那时候算的。不过现在貌似要等10.5年呢

一般，移民局接受了你的申请，会调查，电话之类的，都调查完了，确认你符合要求，才会给你发queue date，这个才是你具体给排到什么时候的凭据~
并不是你的案子一受理，就会给排上队的~~
现在都还没有queue date的话……估计队也会排的比较后了，可能要等10年半了……
不过一切要看每一年的配额~~

原来真的有可能要等上10年啊。

就这个理由找ombudsman，一般效果不大，因为事件不够严重。ombudsman最大地权利在于Immigration
The Commonwealth Ombudsman can investigate complaints about the administrative decisions of the Department of Immigration and Citizenship in the same way as any other Australian Government department or agency.
The Ombudsman's role in relation to immigration matters was extended by amendment to the Migration Act 1958 on 29 June 2005 conferring a new role on the Commonwealth Ombudsman to review the cases of people who have been in immigration detention for more than two years.
On 14 July 2005 the Minister for Immigration identified a number of cases of possible unlawful/wrongful detention to be transferred to the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
Changes to the Ombudsman Act in December 2005 enhance the role of the office in immigration matters by designating the Commonwealth Ombudsman as the Immigration Ombudsman. That legislation also gives the Ombudsman jurisdiction in relation to many Australian Government contractors and makes it easier for agencies to provide information to the Ombudsman.
一般地非法拘留以及MRTA时，Ombudsman才有用的，不过大多数的时候用处不大，上诉一般都用MRTA。最多投诉移民局慢，效率低，不过这个对你的case的结果没有影响。
所以楼主的只有联系移民局，其它的没有办法。

Further information for applications that have a queue date from 1 March 2011 will be published if any further releases occur during the 2012-13 year.
It is currently estimated that lodged Remaining Relative and Aged Dependent Relative visa applications, that have not yet been assessed and queued, are likely to take up to 15 years to be released for final processing (calculated from15 November 2012).
