10月15日通过邮局寄走申请入籍资料,16日早上显示邮件已经送到。悉尼市内的快递当天或者第二天就能到达。
我在申请TR(因结婚才移民的),PR和入籍时都会在材料的第一页做个此次申请的材料清单,并且把支票放在第一,这样让办事人员容易处理吧,这是我的考虑。我拿TR,PR都非常迅速,不知道这是不是个原因。供大家参考。
下面是我此次入籍做的清单:
1. Application fee bank cheque (AUD 260)
2. Form 1300T (with JP endorsed photo of XX)
3. Form 1195 (with JP endorsed photo of XX)
4. XX passport copy (signed by JP, 3 pages)
5. XX birth certificate copy (signed by JP, 3 pages)
6. XX driver license copy (signed by JP, 1 page)
7. Bankstown city council bill with XX and XX name and address (original, 1 page)

看到一些人问如何计算入籍时间问题,我找了一下相关资料:
从2007年10月1日后申请入籍的条件为:
1 在申请入籍时,年龄在18周岁以上;
2 在申请入籍时,持有永久居留签证;
3 满足居住要求
1)在2007年7月1日后获得永久居留签证的人,要求为:
在申请入籍澳大利亚之前的四年必须在澳洲合法居住,其中至少有12个月以永久居民的身份居住;以及在申请入籍澳大利亚之前的四年内离开澳洲的时间累计不超过12个月,其中以永久居民的身份在澳洲居住的12个月内离开澳洲的时间不超过3个月。
2)在2007年7月1日前获得永久居留签证的人,在2010年6月30前申请入籍的人,要求为:以澳大利亚永久居民身份在过去五年内累积住满二年,以及在申请入籍前的二年内累积住满一年;
4 能说和理解基本英语,申请人须参加面试,其时须用英语说出澳大利亚公民的义务和权利;
5 明白澳大利亚公民的义务和权利,申请前澳大利亚移民局将提供有关英语资料供背诵;
6 品行良好;
7 打算在澳大利亚居住或与澳大利亚保持密切关系。
8 18岁以下的孩子可以包括在父母任何一方的入籍申请中,无须符合居住要求
关于品行良好,只要4年内离开澳洲时间累计不超过12个月,或者单次离境不超过3个月,就不需要开无刑事犯罪证明。在填表时有个栏目是关于这个问题的,只要没有出现Yes,就表示品行良好了。

昨天去Paramatta入籍考试通过了。
很早就到了。Office不允许在大楼等待,大楼9点前只对Staff开放。所以在对面的咖啡馆等到九点十分左右进去五楼排队。因为预约的是9点40,在我后面排队的有9点的人,所以安排完他们后,我被排到了11号。
到我了,程序很简单,Officer看了我的护照,驾照和医疗卡,照了张相,等待了会他处理文件,就开始考试了。考试完毕就可以离开。所以基本没什么问题。
看到大家问出生公证的事情,我用的是我5年前移民时在中国公证处开的出生公证。没有问题的。
建议虽然预约的时间比较靠后,可以早点去排队,免得要等很久。澳洲人做事情很悠闲,早点去一样可以排到前面的。
后面的程序是:28天内会收到信,关于考试结果的。其实考试结果当场就知道通过了。接着还会有信件安排宣誓。宣誓会安排在自己居住的康嫂。

lz真是好心人,我也在parramatta考的,补充以下,
孩子的出生公正,必须要医院出生证,我当时拿的是公证处办理的,1号台很胖的那个人是我的 case office,他说,必须要医院出生的证明,因为发现造假的了,可以先考试,给7天时间,补充材料。又找的三级翻译,过2天补上的。
希望也能帮助,和孩子一起递交的人。

真的啊,我也是胖子。上周五刚好身体不舒服,我不断的站起来坐下去,跟他说我很难受,保持一个姿势就难受,他吓坏了,赶快弄。嘿嘿嘿。
估计小孩的出生证现在一定要医院的可以理解。我们出生时没有医院的公证,所以没可能提供。

11月7日收到批准信。说三个月内宣誓。信里明确的说,宣誓后就成为澳洲公民,则以前的PR签证不可再用于出入澳洲。必须使用澳洲护照。所以关于筒子们说如何保持中澳国籍的问题感到很好奇。

请问LZ,如果入籍考试通过之后,到宣誓成为公民之间,这段时间回国的话,还是拿中国护照澳洲签证?
还有,是不是拿到批准信之后,去central link更新信息才有效?

按照我的理解,只要批准了,就是合格入籍的了,在没宣誓之前还不是澳洲公民,应该可以持中国护照出入境。但因为一年内必须宣誓,所以你要安排好时间。请看下面这个帖子,我看到很多人说,如果回去的时间长可以和移民局先沟通安排在国内宣誓。
在没宣誓之前还不是澳洲公民,所以不存在拿着批准信去Centerlink去更改什么资料的问题,要等到宣誓拿到公民纸后才需要去更改。
具体的处境问题建议你电话移民局,这样免得出麻烦。
